Refund policy

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return or refund.

Eligibility

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Perishables (food, drinks)
  • Custom/personalized items
  • Undergarments

Exchanges

If a clothing item doesn’t fit or you don’t like the design, you can exchange it for another size (if unworn/unwashed and resellable). You’ll be responsible for all shipping costs, which will be outlined in your Return Authorization email.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

  • US customers: We’ll send you a prepaid return label. Once we receive the item, we’ll ship the replacement at no cost.
  • Customers outside the USA: Return shipping is paid by you. Once we receive the item and proof of shipping cost, we’ll refund that cost and send your replacement.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the accepted return.
  • Cryptocurrency payments can only be refunded as store credit.
  • Refunds may take time to appear depending on your bank.
